We hope this school year is off to a good start for our choir students!

This checklist has links to information & forms for the start of the 2024-25 school year. 

Please read below. Items that need to be filled out and submitted are due 9/3.

The steering committee sends out communications on behalf of Mr. Huls and the Samohi Choral Music program. Fill out this form every year that your student is in choir, and stay subscribed to the monthly emails.

If you will be wearing a dress, complete the choir dress form.

If you will be wearing a Baxter suit, complete the Baxter suit form.

If you will be wearing a suit or tuxedo, complete the tuxedo form.

    • REQUIRED - Read to learn about our upcoming first concert & exciting auction - Our online auction fundraiser will open September 23 and the Fall Concert is October 5!
      >> Know a business that would like to donate to the auction? Share the auction donation form and letter. Two (2) solicitations per family will help us meet our goal!

  • OPTIONAL -  Order Spirit Wear  (hoodies, pjs, t-shirts)  -- most students wear their choir t-shirt at pep rallies and informal performances.

  • OPTIONAL - If you or someone you know owns a business and may be interested in sponsoring Choir or purchasing ad space, please check our our sponsor form.

  • OPTIONAL - Honor Choir is a special opportunity and students are encouraged to participate each year. More information at scva.org and samohichoir.org.  Application deadline is September 6.

Monday, August 26th at 6pm in the choir room (M100)

to learn how best to support your choir student’s experience in this world class program!
